White Ribbon accreditation is more than completing a checklist. It must involve behavioural change for the organisation as a whole
The workplace must acknowledge mistakes that have been made and commit to correcting them
“Nothing for us, without us”: if a workplace is serious about ending violence against women, they must consult with women/survivors of domestic violence to determine how to achieve this
When engaging with staff around organisational change, this must be easy/understandable but also meaningful
